William F. Barry
William F. Barry is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross where he received his B.A. in History in 1970. He received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1973 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar the same year. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts since 1976. Prior to opening his own office in 1992, Attorney Barry served as General Counsel and Chief Conveyancing Attorney for the Massachusetts Department of Natural Resources (now the Department of Environmental Management), Division of Land Acquisition and Construction. After entering private practice, he was a partner at Grabill & Ley and later a partner and head of the Real Estate Department at Morrison, Mahoney & Miller (now Morrison Mahoney LLP), both in Boston.
He is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts ("REBA") and is a Land Court Examiner. In addition to maintaining a general practice with emphasis on real estate conveyancing, residential and commercial loan work and foreclosures, he also practices before the Housing Court.

Diana P. Gil
Diana P. Gil first joined the Law Office of William F. Barry as a paralegal in 2009, having over 8 years of paralegal experience specializing in Real Estate, Foreclosure and Short Sales. She is a graduate of Regis College where she studied Political Science and minored in Communications. Attorney Gil received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to the Bar in 2016 where she specializes in real estate conveyancing.
